1. Acceptance of Service
- Binding Agreement: Utilization of Animation Studio constitutes a full legal acceptance of these terms.
- Access Rights: Access is provided strictly for individuals who meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your studio login credentials.
2. License & Ownership
- User Content: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all animations and assets exported from the studio.
- Revocable License: We grant you a non-transferable license to use our animation tools for commercial or personal projects.
- Prohibited Actions: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the animation engine is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Lifetimes
- Fee Structure: The "Lifetime Studio" access is a one-time $19 payment handled via Dodo Payments.
- Refund Policy: All digital transactions are final and non-refundable due to the immediate un-locking of premium features.
- Continuous Access: Lifetime access refers to the life of the Animation Studio product and its cloud services.
4. Content Guidelines
- Intellectual Property: Users must possess all rights to the logos and images uploaded for animation.
- Ethical Usage: Prohibited generation of defamatory, harmful, or legally unauthorized content using our engine.
- Service Integrity: Any attempt to disrupt the rendering infrastructure will result in immediate account termination.
5. Limitations & Liability
- "As Is" Basis: The service is provided without warranties of any kind regarding rendering uptime or absolute accuracy.
- Damage Limits: Ore AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Infrastructure Changes: We reserve the right to modify or adjust studio features to improve performance and stability.
